Kettlebells 101 Learn - Practice - Play
Specialty Training with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Fridays 6:30 PM $25 per class A Prerequisite to all Kettle Bell Classes Learn to safely implement Kettle Bell Techniques for a super charged workout. Learn the Kettle bell swing, one arm swing, and much more using proper body mechanics. Have a total body experience that enables you to do an aerobic workout without putting wear and tear on your spine, knees and ankles. Space limited to 6 per class. Members must complete this class in order to use the kettle bells on their own time. Safety is important to BE, so good form and mechanics is a must before using kettle bells without a trainer.
Understand the complete benefits of resistance training and what exercises are ideal for you. This hour and a half workshop will teach you proper body mechanics, understand weight lifting terms and give you exercises that are ideal for you. This is both learning and interactive.
