Ab
Express/Meridian Abs Express
Designed to target your torso working all aspects of the abs and back, sculpting your abs into shape and strengthening your core, which is the key to your overall strength. If you are new to abdominal training, some of the exercises will be challenging, so make sure you pace yourself and modify as needed. Meridian Abs Express: uses natural, full body motions from disciplines like dance and martial arts. It targets the core to work with the whole body. Eclectic and enjoyable music along with its unique movements makes this an effective and fun workout experience.
Cardio Contact Boxing
Traditional boxing techniques are combined with contemporary strength training concepts to form a high octane integrated cardio workout. Heavy bags, medicine balls, and BOSU trainers are used in a "circuit style" format to round off this fitness experience. Boxing gloves are provided. Wraps are recommended. All fitness levels welcome.

Blast & Body Blast Challenge
Blast your
body in all directions by incorporating hi-lo cardio, calisthenics,plyometric
and body conditioning exercises. A
total body workout that targets all large muscle groups, plus the core for a
super calorie burning experience!
Body
Conditioning (BC)
A total body workout
designed for improving overall body strength and muscular tone. Stronger muscles mean building up more lean
body mass, turning the body into a better calorie-burning machine. Many of these strength exercises you can
take to the gym floor for your own workouts.
You will definitely notice strength changes for the core, and the upper
and lower body.
Body Sculpt
This class focuses on stength/endurance conditioning lighter weights and greater repetitions make this a great workout for those getting started in resistance training. All body parts will play a part in this morning calorie burning workout. A great way to wake up the body.
Cardio Sculpt
Work up a sweat and burn fat using various components of hi-low aerobic moves, and strength training moves. A diversity of equipment is used to get the heart rate up, the muscles working and the calories burning. The class is equally divided into two segments of cardio and strength with a little core in the mix. Great for all levels.
Cardio
Core Ball Mix
Designed for those who enjoy a cardio workout using hi/lo aerobic moves, core
and strength exercises with the stability ball. This class guarantees to burn calories while toning arms, abs and
legs by carrying and sitting on the ball through flowing continuous
movements. All levels are welcome.
Precision Cycling (some cycling classes require advance sign-up. See front desk)
This power packed 45-minute
workout is designed to get your heart pumping and the calories burning like no
other class. You will also learn riding techniques that you can take along with
you to the great outdoors. Be ready to be energized!
Jump Rope Intervals
Fun, low to high intensity class! Great add on
to any cardio or weight loss workout!
Learn basic jump rope moves, plus learn new ways of jump roping through
drill sequences that will help you improve your cardio endurance and strength. Other moves, including core exercises are incorporated in between jump moves. Some aerobic endurance recommended.
Kettle Bells 101 ($25 fee for new participants first two classes only)
lLearn to safely implement kettlebell techniques for a super charged workout. Learn the kettlebell swing, one arm swing, and more using proper mechanics. All levels are welcome. After completing TWO KB 101 classes, participants can continue to take the class without any additional fee and can participate in Hell's Bells. Kettle bells may be used by participants on their own time once two classes are completed. Usage is only when classes are not in session. Check out KB's at the front desk.

Hell's Bells
Have a total body experience that enables you to do a cardio workout without putting wear and tear on your knees and ankles. Improve joint stability and postural equilibrium. Prerequisite: must complete two KB 101.
Pilates
Pilates
mat floor exercises based on the principles of Joseph Pilates that are designed
to work the deepest muscles in the body by strengthening and stretching the
musculature from the shoulder girdle through the hips and working on balance,
posture and increase core strength. Pilates
with Props:uses balls, resistance bands, magic rings and
body bars adding more of a challenge to the traditional mat class. Pilates in Motion: a barefoot seamless blend of invigorating
cardio dance fusion with Pilates standing and mat exercises. This
fun upbeat class will boost the heart rate and help strengthens the core.
Pilates Chair - MVe (Fee Based)
The
perfect fusion of Pilates and strength training! Each student works with an MVe
fitness chair, similar to a Wunda chair in design. Core exercises are the
focus, mat and strength training exercises combined into a fun and challenging
small group class format. Sign up for class
at the front desk. This small group format allows for lots of one-on-one attention to ensure proper form for a more effective workout.
Private Pilates (Fee Based)
In a private Pilates session an instructor will work one-on-one with you, personalizing a workout plan to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. A private session involves utilizing Pilates equipment (Reformer/Chair) and mat exercises. A Private session is by appointment. Check with front desk for rates and instructors availability.
Yoga
Yoga Basics: emphasis on developing a strong foundation through basic yoga basics yoga poses, breathing, flexibility and relaxation.
Chill Yoga: explores traditional Hatha poses to restore and renew the body and muscles.
Core Strength: challenging yoga with particular emphasis on alignment and building core strength through holding poses for maximum duration.
Slow Flow & Flow: Vinyasa style yoga. Yoga poses linked with the breath to create a continuous flow workout, promoting strength and flexibility. Slow Flow (easy to moderate), Flow (moderate).

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, combining easy to follow dance moves. You will move your arms, hips and feet in all directions while getting your groove on. No dance experience required, just your desire to move!
